Objectif I KNOW how to conjugate the following verbs without needing review.
Comment?
  • Memorize them in a way that is effective for you.
  • Create a well-organized written review sheet/notecards that you can keep forever.
Prouve-le! Written test on Wednesday, August 17th (2nd day of school)

faire
avoir (has irregular imperative forms)
être (has irregular imperative forms)

pouvoir (do not need to provide imperative forms)
falloir (conjugate only in the "il" form; do not need to provide imperative forms)

Partie B: Verbs whose helping verb is être
I know that all reflexive verbs use être in the passé composé, as well as the other 17 verbs. I have memorized these 17 verbs. (Use "House of être" or "DR & MRS VANDERTRAMPP" as a mnemonic device.)

Partie C: Postcard (20 pts writing)
I can write a little about my summer activities (in French) by mailing a postcard to Madame Kalfus postmarked by August 1st. (Even if you don't travel, send me a homemade or local postcard.)
